2. SP Resolution No. 2K4-1875 moved by Hon. Pelagio Estopia, seconded by Hon. Rogelio J. Saniel the endorsed Municipal Ordinance No.1, s. 2004 of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur entitled: “An Ordinance Empowering the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) in Assisting the Illiterate Residents in the Barangays of the Municipality of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur in Providing of and Endorsing Complete and Exact Data Regarding Birth, Marriage or Death to the Municipal Civil Registrar for Issuance of Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate.
