Department of Agrarian Reform
(DAR)
- For the year 2002, a total of 11,107 hectares
distributed to farmers beneficiaries
- Surveyed 468 hectares while the remaining 320
hectares of the target areas is still on-going.
- Resolved 128 Ali cases, 84 adjudication
and 279 mediation cases.
- On legal counseling, a total of 2,000
Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) were served
- Represented 27 DARAB cases and two (2)
regular court cases.
- On Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) Development
(launched (1) Agrarian Reform Zones , confirmed six (6) ARCs,
eight (8) ARCs launched and 56 ARB functional)
- On Enterprise Management for ARCs and non-ARCs,
there were four (4) ARB organization with marketing tie-ups, 10
ARB organizations managing rural enterprises and two (2) ARB managing
enterprises.
- Established and operationalized two (2) Farmers
Bayanihan Center for Rural Development (FBCRD) serving 9,305 farmers
under ARC and 2,609 farmers from non-ARC areas.
- A total of P50,107,415 local and P39,240,898
foreign funds generated and to financed the implemented 40 projects.

Regular Infra
A total of 101 projects with an appropriation of
P 27,285,000.00 are implemented by this district for the year 2002.
As of December 2002, the overall accomplishment is 94.74%. These
comprise various categories like the ff:
- roads/bridges - three (3) projects
- flood control - one (1) project
- multi-purpose - six (6) projects
- health center-one (1) project
- water system - 86 projects
- school buildings - tw(2)
- rehabilitation of weighbridge - one (1) project
- repair of PNP command - one (1) project.
Outside Infra (DECS School Building)
- There are 37 projects with allocation of P 14,300,000.00,
Out of these, 31 projects under Elementary School while six (6)
projects under secondary school buildings. SARO was already received
and contract is now on processed.
Regular Infra
- Out of 51 projects in the amount of P 46,500,000.00,
only one is not yet started due to the request of ABC President
to transfer funds to LGU. These comprise various categories like
roads/bridges, multi-purpose, water system and other infra, with
the total accomplishment of 98.82%.
Outside Infra (DECS School Building)
- A total of 30 projects were completed with a
total appropriation of P11,700,000.00.
Various Infra Including Local Projects
- Only two (2) projects were left on-going out
of 42 with a total appropriation of P28,400,000.00. The total
accomplishment as of December 2002 is 95.07%.
General Agreement on Tariff and Trade
- The total appropriation of the four (4) projects
is P 5,500,000.00. Only one (1) project is temporary suspended
and the accomplishment is 90.91%.
Priority Development Assistance Fund
- Seven (7) projects were already completed in
the amount of P 1,280,000.00
Upper House
- Two (2) projects in the amount of P1,610,000.00
were already completed.
Regular Infra
Only one (1) project is on-going in the amount of P 15,000,000.00.
The Const. of Dipolo Gamay Bridge, Molave Phase III is now on-going
with a total accomplishment of 67.50%.
