ACCOMPLISHMENTS BY FUNCTIONS/SERVICES
14 Real Property Assessment
(Provincial Assessor's Office)
- From January - December, 2002, a total of 166,877 TDs/FAAs
assessed per "taxable" real properties and 9,387 "Exempt"
TDs/FAAs with an assessed value of P1,463 million and P229.4 million
respectively.
" A total of 234 cancelled "taxable" TDs/FAAs
with a total assessed value of 3.1 million. There were also
1,733 "Exempt" TDs/FAAs cancelled with an assessed
value of P 372.9 thousand.
" The Provincial Appraisal Committee acted on the requests
for valuation and other assessment purposes.
- Conducted partial revision work which is the 1st phase of the
three (3) phases of activities for the General Revision for Assessment
in different municipalities. This is only partial due to the insufficient
appropriated amount.
