4.1.6 General Services (Provincial General Services
Office)
a. Processed 4,002 purchase requests through public bidding/canvass
with the amount of P75.4 million.
b. Issued 2,050 purchase orders amounted to P 73.08 million.
c. Accepted and inspected 2,108 deliveries of supplies and materials/
services/repairs amounted to P 87.57 million.
d. Inspected 39 infrastructure projects by contract/administration
in the total amount of P 141.89 million.
e. Issued 2,384 RIS and MR's
f. Facilitated the conversion of ground maintenance to janitorial
agency services
g. Facilitated the conversion the Provincial Security Group to
Security Agency Services
h. Procured and carried on stocks of office supplies, gasoline
and oil on about 39 times.
i. Issued 242 and 370 RIS for office supplies, gasoline and oil,
respectively.
j. Conducted inventories of all properties.
