a. Submitted 12 Reports on Personnel Action (ROPA)
to Civil Service Commission.
b. Prepared one (1) Plantilla for CY 2002
c. Prepared and processed the following documents:
" 34 original appointments, 1 promotion, 6 temporary, 1 contractual
appointment, 285 contract for services, 21 casual appointment, 452
job orders, 4 reemployment, 638 reappointment, 1 transfer, 98 step
increment and 356 salary adjustment.
d. Reviewed 799 performance evaluation reports,
e. Formulated one (1) Human Resource Training Development
Program and four (4) training designs developed
f. Conducted seven (7) in-house training's attended
by 244 personnel.
g. Recorded 48 provincial personnel attended CSC
training and 37 personnel on other agency training.
h. Prepared and approved 42,767 application for
leave, 391 loan certifications, 545 payrolls and vouchers, 2,490
service records, 234 GSIS/PAG-IBIG premiums, 146 communications,
and reproduced 9 Memorandum Circulars.
