a. Formulated, reproduced and distributed the following
planning documents:
• 2002 Annual Investment Plan
• Socio Economic Profile for Zamboanga del Sur, 2002 Edition
• Salug Valley Strategic Development Plan
b. Reviewed six (6) Municipal Comprehensive Land
Use Plan (MCLUP)

c. Prepared CY 2001 Annual Report, CY 2001 Local Productivity and
Performance Report (LPPMS), CY 2002 Mid Year Report and eight (8)
Special Reports.
d. Conducted 89 field monitoring/ inspection and
submitted reports of 42 foreign assisted and 20% EDF projects.
e. Conducted monitoring of eight (8) projects under
special funding and 57 projects under 20% EDF.
f. Facilitated the planning, implementation and
monitoring of the Fifth Country Program for Children (CPC V).
g. Prepared the following Feasibility Studies:
" Upgrading/Concreting of San Miguel-Dinas-Dimataling-Pitogo
Provincial Road Project [Legarda I - Lulutan (Mahayag) Section}

" Eastern Bobongan - Midsalip Provincial Road
Project [Sinaguing - Sominot Section] (Sta. 11 + 900 - 14 + 372)
h. Validated/assessed the existing provincial roads
and bridges.
