a. Tax Collection Enforcement Project
" Fielded nine (9) collectors to specific
area assignment
" Assigned three(3) billing clerks as additional
collectors in the office for the walk in taxpayers.
" Conducted 12 meetings (once a month), posted
3,050 notices in the 629 barangays of 26 municipalities, published
for three (3) consecutive weeks in local newspapers and conducted
15 minutes/day once a week from October to December.
" Prepared and sent tax reminders, demand
letters, follow-up demand letters, and notice of delinquency and
final demand letters.
