LGU Income Classification
Table 8-9 shows that the Province of Zamboanga
del Sur and the City are classified as first class LGUs. Among the
26 municipalities, two (2) are classified as third class municipalities,
nine (9) are classified as fourth class municipalities, while 13
municipalities are classified as fifth class; Only two municipalities
are classified as sixth class.
