ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS

The Province of Zamboanga del Sur, as a political unit, is comprised of 26 municipalities and a city. The Governor as Chief Executive, heads the Provincial Government, and the Vice-Governor heads the legislative body. As a local government unit, the Provincial Government is made up of 16 offices with distinct functions and responsibilities.
